HBO Max with Discovery Plus Bundle being offered to AT&T customers?

With the announcement of HBO Max and Discovery Plus merging, I am asking for some clarification.  Currently AT&T offers HBO Max as a free bonus with some internet plans.  With this merge happening, how will that be handled?  While this new combo service be offered at no charge for those same plans or would it be offered at a discount?  There has currently been no announcement about pricing for this new upcoming service and I was unable to find where AT&T had clearly addressed this.

Thank you.

It looks like they are still in the process of working out the details.

There has been speculation whether or not AT&T will continue to offer HBOMax free with certain services.  This is pure speculation.  In other words, no one knows right now.

Considering ATT no longer will be the owner of HBO (part of Warner Media being sold off for $43 billion 2nd quarter 2022) it will be up to the new owner to receive income from their purchase… I would expect billable if desire both products with possible HBO Max as a stand-alone product for a limited time.
