Unhandled Exception on iPhone X

Only one out of three iPhones is able to log into the HBO Max app. My other two get an Unhandled Exception error. I tried all the suggested fixes including uninstalling and reinstalling the app!

Try signing in on a regular computer, setting up a direct login from that computer, then use that on your mobile devices. Tell us if that works.

Solution: safari settings, advanced, website data, delete hbo.com and att.com data.

@damianj81,

Thanks for the screenshot!

Just to verify, when you go to Settings on the iPhone and select TV Provider, is the HBO MAX option selected?

@damianj81,

Please turn off/disable any TV Providers selected in Settings and then try signing into the HBO MAX app and let us know if it allows you to sign in afterwards.
