Using thermostat without digital life
Our thermostat seems like it has been set "automatically" since we cancelled our digital life system. Are we not able to set the thermostat ourselves without having the digital life service? If we can set without digital life, how do we do it? We can't even raise the temperature in our own home.

The new setting will be maintained until the time shown under Hold Until. When the timer.expires, the schedule will resume, and the temperature will return to the setting for the current time period.

Do you know what is causing the thermostats to start running this program after Digital life has been cancelled?

Do you know what version and model thermostat you have?
Your thermostat may be running an internal program specific to the thermostat.

It is the Gen 2 CT50 Radio thermostat. I believe that it is running the internal program you mentioned.
