Cloud Camera Storage?
One of our catalytic converter was stolen at approximately 2 AM, in camera frame, but by the time we realized it at 1 PM, the online camera record was overwritten. Is there a longer record of camera video in the cloud to which we could refer? Thanks.

The archives in your DL account are the the most current but you may try looking in your iPhone or ipad file system, you may find the video clip if you have an iOS device. I am not sure of the file location but there is a chance.

Looking at DigitaLife on the iPad, all video captures before 10:40 AM were overwritten.

Digital Life only stores footage within the Digital Life app. Unfortunately, If the footage is not available on the App, Digital Life does not store additional footage.

Unfortunate, just like it's unfortunate that AT&T refuses to continue to support DigitalLife beyond 9/30/2022, forcing a three year commitment with a replacement vendor, or engaging in an $1800 taking of present equipment. It's an $1800 money grab, either way.
