Can I use it as Local Self Monitored System

Hi

I just purchased a home which already had a AT&T Digital Life Security System installed in it. Unfortunately, can't afford to pay for the monitoring right now, but is there anyway I can use this system locally and self monitor?

Hello,

No. You will need an active Digital Life account for your system to work, but we are no longer accepting new customers.

  1. The cameras and any other device that requires the Digital Life app will not work without a Digital Life account.
  2. If the home has Yale door locks are from Digital Life, they will continue to work locally. You can open the locks using a physical key or with the lock code. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CODES FROM THE SELLER! The master code would be best so you can change the access codes for your new home.
  3. The arming and disarming of your system will no longer work. Many new homeowners that inherit the system disconnect the power from the control panel and the keypad to eliminate erroneous beeps and sounds which they cannot control without an account.
