Utility box in my yard
I have a utility box in my back yard but I don’t have att service and I’m wondering if it can be removed as we are planning on doing some landscaping where the box is located.

Most likely, the box is within the designated utility easement.
If you are unsure, check with your local property tax authority to find out if it IS within the utility easement. If it is, it will not be moved and plant at your own risk.

In addition to what @skeeterintexas stated, just because you don't have service doesn't mean it doesn't have service in it going to other locations.
