We appreciate you sharing that information, and we'd be happy to help you submit a repair ticket for your home phone service @zactanaz.
In order to further assist with getting you a repair ticket raised, we'll need to meet you in a DM. We'll need to authenticate your account, so we're able to complete this process. Please check your Direct Message inbox (it's the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).
We look forward to hearing from you.

Yep. The ATT repair ticket system is broken. Despite being notified weeks ago of the error issue, they STILL haven’t fixed it.
The repair number listed on the ATT website is also a nonworking number that was disconnected a long time ago according to customer service.
they prefer you wait on hold for an hour to submit a repair ticket. And then wait some more. My land line has been down over three weeks. Two repair tickets submitted. ZERO updates from ATT despite promises of service being restored last Tuesday 3/20, and the week before as well on 3/17.
