trying to create online acct but only have landline

trying to create online acct but only have landline and im not recieving the authorization code on landline :(

    i need to port my landline phone to a new provider BUT cant recieve 6 digit transfer pin# 

   i try to create an online acct and im not allowed access until i verify a code that is Texted to Me !!! im 87 years old and this process is so complicated.

       please help !!!

There is no transfer PIN on a landline look at your bill, the account number is the phone number plus the 3 or 4 digits following it. Whoever you're porting to should tell you what they need.

we have given them the 4 digit pin twice and they responded with we need a 6 digit port transfer pin

   here is the exact message minus our phone number.

Error Code: 7435
Error Description: 7435 - Order is being rejected for PIN/Passcode. If a PIN/Passcode has already been provided, please provide a valid PIN/Passcode.  If there was no PIN/Passcode given, please provide a PIN/Passcode to proceed.. Vendor Error Remarks: 6-digit Number Transfer PIN required (*Transfer PIN Needed or Incorrect*), Transfer PIN needed OR Incorrect (*Transfer PIN needed*) ; BWAZ - Please contact Alianza LNP Support if you have questions.

Than find another carrier to port to as this one doesn't know what they are doing, the only time AT&T gives you a PIN is if you're porting a wireless number, not sure how they treat digital service, but I don't think a PIN is provided there either.
