Trouble report
How can I get the date in June that I FIRST reported a buzzing sound on my landline telephone? (Note: The trouble ticket was closed, re-opened, closed and a new internal trouble report was started).
How can I get the date (if any) the problem was finally resolved?

If customer service can't find the information you're looking for in your account history than I know of no other way.
