Traditional Landline out of order
No service for several days, contacted different att support websites/technicians and each one says in order to help me they need another telephone number, well, I don't have one. I only have the one Traditional landline telephone that is out of order. I was also told that if I didn't have another contact number they couldn't help me..... I have tried "Turn in repair ticket" and I get a message stating unable process request. I have Begged for them to please request an ATT service person to come to my home and check my service. I am elderly and in ill health and unable to receive calls from my medical providers. PLEASE HELP ME!!
