Strange Apparent Block On Just One Out Of Area Number
Calls from my AT&T landline to one particular cell number in area 518, go straight to voice mail. Calls from my AT&T cell to that same 518 number go right through, as do other calls from my landline to other 518 landline and cell numbers. The 518 cell does not have a block on my landline number. I'm guessing it's an AT&T LD issue; but do not know how to get it trouble-shooted.

Try calling other numbers in the same exchange like 518-xxx-xxxx. xxx-xxxx is the number you're calling. Change one of the last couple of numbers xxx-xxxy or xxx-xxyx try several numbers to see if the exact same thing happens. If it does there is a routing issue. Disregard and check the post below this. Didn't want to remove it in case it had already been read.

Sorry, missed the voicemail comment. If it's the correct VM it's not routing and will be something in the far end cell.
