Scam or Not?
I have telephone service via Comcast Xfinity. I do not have AT&T but I’m now getting calls from AT&T saying that some of my Xfinity phone calls have defaulted to the AT&T network. The message says that AT&T doesn’t have my name or address so I should call another number to give them my name and address so that AT&T can bill me. Xfinity says this is a scam and I should ignore it and that it’s not even possible for a VOIP to default to the AT&T network. What do you think?

I think it's a scam. Any call, letter, email or text that asks for your personal information is pretty suspicious. If it were legit they would have the information they need to bill you.

Totally a scam. Even if there was something ATT could bill you for it would be on your Xfinity bill.
