repair service

My phone has been non-functional for 2 full days. I have inside repair for my 3 phones. Every time it rains, the phone goes out. Such is the current problem. There is no dial tone.

I would like to set repair appointment ASAP. I am 76 yrs old and live rurally and live alone. I need my phone for safety.

@marysch_  you have posted on a public community for AT&T customers, primarily for them to share their experiences and help each other.  There is a team of AT&T support employees working under the id ATThelp who may see and respond to your post with a request to begin a Direct Message conversation, but that request may not appear for as long as a day or two, and their may be some delay in beginning that DM conversation after you join it.

As it appears that you are looking for help sooner than that, you would be best served to use a cell phone or someone else's line to call the repair number on your phone bill (or 800-288-2020 if you do not have access to any other number) to get someone out to correct your issue.

It's the main customer report number. What do you mean by not working? If you have a traditional landline, which it sounds like you do, try

The repair line listed on ATT site was disconnected a long time ago. The online repair ticket system is also not working. My land line has been out for three full WEEKS. I had to wait on hold multiple times for over an hour to make a repair request- still waiting - said it would be fixed March 17.
