Remove Mobile hot spot from accout. How do I do it?
Have been trying for more than 6 months to get rid of the mobile hot spot you sent me when you could not fix the downed wires to my home. My goal is to get rid of the mobile hot spot and its related charges (please notice the activity on that line) and drop the line [Personal Information Removed]
from my account.

You need to call to cancel any line unless it is prepaid, in which case stop paying. If calls aren’t getting results, you can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
