Hi there, melfreeman071. We understand that your have just paid your bill and your phone service is not reactived. We can look at this together.

 

Before we begin our troubleshooting, can please tell us what home phone service you are inquiring about? AT&T has two kinds of home phone service:

  1. U-Verse Digital Voice
  2. Copper/Landline

The reason why we are asking is that the billing and reactivation service is different between the services. This is so we can point you in the right direction or support your account properly.

 

The more details that you can provide the better the outcome will be.
