Problem with smart call blocking and Caller ID

Unexpectedly, my smart call blocking phone system started acting incorrectly.

1. The system was screening all calls even callers in the directory and on the Allow lipi.

2. My caller ID displays callers name and number on tv screen, but on the handset it displays the name and unknown caller for all incoming calls.
