Port landline to cell
I am trying to port my landline to a cell phone phone. It keeps asking for a pin that is 6 digits and I do not have one. 3 customer service people and a store rep can not or will not help what do I do? A online account was never created and it wants a code that it sends to the landline before I can create it.

If this is a traditional landline AT&T landline see this topic if you have digital service you have to call for a PIN. The PIN for traditional landline is four digits, not six. Who is the "it" that keeps asking for a six digit PIN? Your PIN for traditional landline is on your bill.
