No service for a month
I have spent eight hours on the phone talking to customer service reps. I have made two trips to the ATT store. I have replaced my home phones at the request of att and also replaced the modem. Same problem. Had a tech come to my house and verified that all my equipment was working correctly. The only suggestion have had from att folks is to change my service. No one has shown any interest in solving the problem. Where can i find some help.

If the modem has been replaced and you're still getting issues, perhaps you have a problem with the inside wiring. This will need a tech visit.

So, you have digital service. Is the phone plugged directly into the phone port of the modem? Are all the lights correct on the modem? I assume your internet is working.

WHEN THE SERVICCE TECH CAME AND CHECKED MY EQUIPMENT, HE SAID THIS A PROBLEM IN MY SERVICE AREA. HE SAID THEY HAD AT LEAST 2-3 CALLS EVERY DAY OR TWO FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. HE SAID THE PROBLEM IS IN THE ATT IT SYSTEM AND THEY DON'T HAVE A SOLUTION. ONE ATT TECH REP TOLD A FRIEND OF OURS HE HAS BEEN WORKING ON THIS PROBLEM FOR A MONTH. MY MAJOR CONCERN IS I CAN'T FINE ANYONE FROM ATT THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE HAD MY SERVICE WITH ATT FOR 47 YEARS. THE ONLY ADVICE I GET FROM THEM NOW IS TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER SERVIE. MAYBE I WILL TRY VERZION
