If digital try resetting the modem. If it's a traditional landline test from the NID with a known working corded phone.
Nothing works! I need a technician to come to my home. 🙏

Need to call 800-288-2020 to schedule an appointment… if issue is with your home wiring, Or personal equipment (phone, base station) there is a $99 service call charge.
Seriously??? I pay a fortune for landline, Internet and U-verse from AT&T. I'll find another landline carrier and get rid of AT&T!
