Landline phone not working

I know you've addressed this to @ATTHelp You don't say what service you have. Is this a traditional landline (POTS) or is this AT&T Phone (digital service) where the phone plugs into the back of a modem? Something else?

Hello, having the same issue here. Phone just beeps. Fail to call or receive calls. I believe I’m using a traditional line. Any advice? Thanks

Best advice I have is to start your own topic and tell us what testing you've done. Be specific?

You're going to have to report it, use a friend or neighbors' phone to call in a report. 

My landline is fixed. Called ATT and waited half an hour for someone. Run some tests and it works again. Told me that my phone is connected to wifi. If happens again, restart wifi modem (a solid light in front indicates working normal). Hope it helps
