Landline Call History display on U-verse TV

I used to be able to view the call history from our digital landline on the U-verse TV screen.  Now I can't find a Call History tab to click, on the Phone category or anywhere else.  Is there another way in?

It looks like the lack of access to our Call History is another example of Uverse dying a slow death.

Me too, except I can see a tab labeled "Call History". Clicking on it does nothing!

Where are you seeing a tab that says "Call History"?

When I press the "Go Interactive", there is no Call History option.  I see "Account Manager" &"Uverse Message Center" but no Call History.

Let us help with viewing call history on your U-verse TV rlshull1969.

 

When trying to access your call history on your U-verse TV are you following the steps provided below. 

 

Dial from your TV
With U-verse Voice and U-verse TV, you can view a list of up to 100 
of your most recent incoming calls sorted by date and time on your 
TV screen. Use your U-verse TV remote to tune to your Call History 
and return calls with the press of a button.
1. Tune to CHANNEL 9900 using your U-verse TV remote.
2. Select a U-verse Voice phone number onscreen.
3. Press OK to view a log of answered and missed calls. You can 
sort by name, date, and phone number.
4. Scroll using the ARROWS.
5. Select a number and press OK to return a call.
6. Select CALL and press OK.
7.Your home phone will ring. Pick up the phone to place the call

9900 took me to Account Manager.  There is Phone to click on, which took me to Line +(my phone number).  I selected and clicked on the number. Nothing happened.  That was the end of it.  No call history.

.....and Account Manager is channel 9910.

I found 9900 and 9910 to be identical. Following the instructions here, #1 was successful. That was it. There is no #2 Select a U-verse Voice phone number onscreen on my account information. Typical of AT&T.
