Land line does not work - Have called MANY times - No technician YET
Someone help please.
The landline at my parents house, 85 year old without any other means of contacting outside in case of an emergency, has been down for three days.
We have called many many times and get lip service.
many promises but no action.
This is after each time you have to wait an hour to get to talk to someone.
Any suggestions?
How can I get this fixed?
