Junction Box Case Not Secure / Exposed Wiring

There was a technician / repair person who requested access to my yard to look at the junction box due to a down telephone connection on my street. They left it open and unsecured with a wire d(Edited per community guidelines)d over my fence.  This is a hazard as I have a young child and pets in the yard. Customer service was not helpful. I am not an ATT customer and am having a hard time getting through to someone.  Who can I contact for resolution?

You can call and report and issue to our team at 800.288.2020.

Don’t have AT&T service? Say "No account." When asked if you want to order new service, say "No." Then, to let us know why you're calling, say “Line is down.”  

Then, contact our Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET to check an issue already reported.

 

Also, we recommend going through our website to know more about unburied cables, exposed wires, or downed lines.
