Incoming calls do not ring.
Incoming calls do not ring. Caller hears message, this number cannot receive calls. Then goes to voice mail. I have rebooted router. Rebooting router does not fix the issue.

As long as you know you don't have a feature turned on that would cause it like do not disturb, than report it to the main customer service number. 800-288-2020
