How do I setup my online account for a landline in Illinois (IL)?
I am unable to locate the website where I can create my online account for my landline in Illinois. It seems Illinois is one of the states not included in most of the standard instructions. @ATTHelp Can you assist?? Every time I call 800-288-2020, they transfer me to the "Landline Department" where a representative there says only a supervisor can help me and that a supervisor will have to call me back but they never do. I have called three different times and spent hours on hold. This is a POTS home phone landline located in Illinois.

I'd try what's at the bottom of the page you linked: From what other users have said they never call back when they tell you they will.
None of those scenarios apply? To discuss a specific bill charge, have your bill handy. Then:
