How do I look up Service Ticket status online (for landline repair)??

I got as far as AT&T giving me a ticket # (PE509C50) with a service appointment of yesterday (1/14), but last night, I got a text saying "Sorry but we won't be able to make your scheduled appointment today. You are rescheduled as a priority for the next possible day. To view your appointment status go to att.com/phone."  Once I'm there, I see no links to view service ticket status.  THis is critical because this is for my 93 yr old mother's non-working landline (as of 4-5 days ago).  She lives alone, and also has no cell or internet. I am 130 miles away.  Thanks for your help (just don't tell me to call the FCC - that won't lead to immediate action on my specific problem, and they're also not there for another 2 days with the MLK holiday!).
