Heavily Damaged Pedestal Box and Exposed POTS Wires
There is a heavily damaged pedestal with exposed POTS wires in my neighborhood near my home. It is an eyesore. I have been unable to get it repaired by contacting support on the My at&t app.

Call the Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420. You can call them Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET.
