Email contact needed to ask AT&T permission to dig in utilities easement

I am planning a residential driveway expansion that extends into the utilities & drainage easement around my property. My city requires that I obtain permission from all the utilities that service my property to make any improvements that impact the easement.

I currently do not have AT&T land line service, but the lines are still installed to my house. The dig area does not impact where the lines are routed.

I am looking for an email contact to make this request formally in writing.
