Start with your zip code?

Then who replaced the pole?

IN my area all pole replacement is performed by the power company, if the power company damaged your driveway that is who recommend addressing your concern with… if a different company damaged then that company.

ZIP is 37343.   The Electric company (EPB) claims that this pole is owned by AT&T. This did surprise me since it is a power pole with all the transformers, etc.  I have the DOT number off of the truck via Blink camera.  DOT 3970253.  I can't get a clear view of their name. The lettering is fairly small. I researched the DOT number and located the LLC. about 20 miles from here. I plan on calling them tomorrow to see if it was indeed them that did it.

I actually thought EPB was responsible for the poles. I sent their claims rep. about 20 videos showing the contractors working. The guy in charge admitted that they damaged the driveway and that he would return later with cold patch to fix it. It was only gravel though. I personally sealed a large crack with tar myself.

Thank you for responding. I appreciate it very much.

EPB is both the local energy company and offers fiber internet to 100% of addresses while ATT offers service to about 60% of addresses using either IPBB (broadband fiber / copper hybrid) and FTTP (fiber to the premise).

If ATT does own the pole then replacement was contracted out as I am not aware of a union position in CWA for this position.

Couple huge empty spots in the original post. I'm guessing pictures or such were included at the start and then removed?

I added links for videos that I uploaded to YouTube to share.  I thought they were going through a review process before being accepted for posting.

I’m going to be in touch with the contractor either today or tomorrow. I have their DOT number which will allow me to track them down and hopefully get some answers.

I called the company from the DOT number that I found. He told me that he rented the truck out to someone for a few weeks. I was given the name and phone number of the individual. Of course this person will not reply so I do need to find a way to reach AT&T about this. Yesterday I was passed around from person to person, none of which understood anything about utility poles. If anyone can give me a more direct phone number, other than the ones listed on the site, I would be more than grateful.

Tremendous amount of help. I did get passed off to one other individual but I'm set up with a claim and ticket number. I was told to login to a website tomorrow to fill in all the additional info. I truly am thankful.
