Changes to my landline
I have been calling since March to have caller ID added to my home phone and have the long distance disconnected. Every order I have placed have been in error status and instead of fixing it, they just cancel it. I have a full page of names and dates of people I have spoken with and they keep telling me they will escalate it. I just spoke to another person today who advised there is no home phone supervisor available for me to speak with. No supervisor has ever called me back. The most recent order was due 5/26/23, said it was in error status and it cleared yesterday. Still no caller ID and i'm sure i'm still paying for the long distance

File an FCC complaint if you're not getting anywhere with the AT&T reps.
