CANNOT FIND ANALOG HOME PHONE LISTED UNDER MY NAME
I signed up for an analog home landline phone to go along with my cell/internet service.
I just received a bill and went to att.com to pay it. The only thing that opens up is my cell/internet bill. I've searched, selected home landline, and re-checked, but nothing comes up but my digital account.
How do I find my landline account?
How do I set it to AutoPay?
And how do I link it to my digital account so that I can pay both analog and digital bills at once? (AT&T telephone ppl say it can't be done.)
I'm trying to be charitable, but this website is not easy to navigate.
Thank you for your help.

When I try to link my landline account to my www.att.com account. It won't let me. I used to be able to pull up my landline AT&T bills online.

Hi jamiemenzies1978. We'd be happy to help you access your Landline account online.
Is your phone service POTS (Plan Old Telephone Service) or VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)? For POTS, you will have to call us at 800-288-2020.
For VoIP, let us know what happens when you try to access your account (blank page, error message, etc.) so we can determine what your next step should be.
We have a Troubleshoot signing in FAQ page on our website with lots of helpful information.
If you need further assistance, we'll be here.
