Cannot create online acciunt
I got a new landline at home. Soon after I also got a booklet from ATT encouraging me to setup a new online account. However when I try to setup I the account, I enter the phone number and zip code and it keeps saying “this information doesn’t look quite right”. I also tried entering account number but same result.

This seems to be an ongoing issue. Call in a trouble report, which most likely won't do any good. When you call in at the voice prompt say landline to get to the correct group. If that doesn't get it corrected escalate to a customer care executive by filling out the form, ignore the header.
