Cannot cancel landline
I made a cancellation with a confirmation number (D9838XXXX) via customer service over the phone last month. However, I received a bill statement. Called customer service again (800-288-2020), and the lady (employee ID RE4XXX) said, "your landline is not disconnected yet. Will you pay the new bill over this phone?" I took a deeeeep breath, and explained AGAIN why I had to call AT&T AGAIN. Finally, she told me, "A supervisor call you TODAY". 3 days past, I got NO PHONE CALL from AT&T.
