Business Line and Constant Rebooting Of The Modem

1. We don't use our business number anymore, and we want to cancel that line.  Tell us how fast we can do that.

2. We constantly have to reboot our modem because the internet speed where our home residence is has very slow internet processing, and we are tired of it.  Sometimes we have to reboot the modem over 5 times a day.  Some days, it's even gone to 7 times, 8 times, 9 times, 10 times, and...you get the point.  What is being done to correct this problem?  Will you upgrade/level up the phone line/internet line in our area so that we don't have to keep repeating the rebooting?
