add land line to my existing accounts online
I have spend over 9, yes 9, hours on the phone with ATT land line "customer support" (which doesn't seem to exist). I already have an online ID with my Direct TV account on it. I have tried 74 times to add my new home phone number to my online account. When I type in my phone number and zip, or account number and zip, it just says "something is wrong, try again". Really? Tried talking to every service rep in Asia to no avail....however they were all "sorry I am having difficulties and they understand". What can I do PLEASE!!
