When I try to add my home phone account, it says I already have access; but it won't offer any option to see the bill...

That would be a question for billing. This is a customer-based forum, we have no access to accounts or WEB issues.
I'm aware of that; but I was hoping it was user error on my part, and that perhaps someone had run into it before and could tell me how to see it.
How can we improve?
poor customer service
