Tried to cancel land line. No one called back
I called to cancel my home land line. Agent said they needed to call back, but never did. There is no way to contact anyone at AT&T except by phone, need help.

Calling people back isn't their strong suite. Call the main customer service number again and at the voice prompt say "cancel service" that should get you to the correct group.

Yep, AVOIDING call backs by ATT supervisors are part of basic customer service training at ATT..
ATT stands for No Calls Back (forgive the bad acronym definition, but it fits)
