Renewal of Long distance line contract

My business contract for a long distance line expired a couple of months ago and I've tried renewing it by calling a plethora of numbers that ultimately leads to me not getting anywhere. My bill went up drastically and is almost not even worth having compared to the price we used to have on the contract. This has been very frustrating and makes me want to switch services due to the poor customer service and lack of help.

As this is a business issue, you'd probably get better responses by posting in the Business Forums ( https://bizcommunity.att.com/ )  instead of Home Phone.
