Personal Assistant Needs Copy of Bill

I am a personal assistant for someone with two phone lines, two separate AT&T bills, one wireless, one landline. I need to access their bills, in order to review and pay, but cannot without a verification to the phone. Since it's not my phone, I don't always have access to the code sent, unless I interrupt my boss (which is why she pays me, so she doesn't have to deal with the interruptions). I have my own log-in to the account, with my own email address and password, but it is still requiring the verification code. Is there any possible way to work around this? I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue...

Also, I would like to point out that I was able to have a verification code emailed to me to join the community. Why can't they have an email verification to access the bills????

Let's see if we can help you access your client's bill, @PersonalAssistant

 

We recommend you update your billing contact info. This should change where the information is being sent. 

  1. Go to Contact info.
  2. If you have more than one account, select the account to update from the menu.
  3. Select the Phone, Email, or Address tab.
  4. Choose Edit to update the billing phone numbers, billing email, or billing address.
  5. Select Save.
