Overcharges
Since 2015 I am overcharged $300 two times a year and it's a nightmare to get the credit. Does anyone have a direct number to AT&T Loyalty Department in SanDiego who has helped me in the past. When I dial the prior SanDiego Loyalty Department #1(855) 250-4777 I end up in the Phillippines which is a nightmare. Lots of promises and no action ever taken. Very frustrating!!!! PLEASE HELP me get to a human in the US who will take care of this AT&T error!!!

Prorated charges from 2012. This happens 2 times a year and no one understands why I am overcharged. If I get to the right person I can get the refund, but if I am sent to The Phillippines all I get is promises to take care of the refund and no action. Please help me get a phone # for a US Customer Service Rep who can help me.

I know of no number that takes you directly to a specific retentions/loyalty group. If you dial the main number 800-288-2020 and at the voice prompt say cancel service that should take you directly to the retentions/loyalty group.

If this has been happening two times a year since 2015 and the charges are for something in 2012, I’d say it’s time to escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. It’s long past time for that to stop.

That's a great idea to escalate to BBB or FCC. I think I have been patient enough.
