There is no direct number. You call the main number and say landline at the voice prompt.

That's irritating. Is At&T aware of this? If so, do they know that when you call you're placed on an indefinite hold and then you're re-routed multiple times before you reach someone from telecom? I'd have more respect for AT&T if they just admitted that they're intentionally making it difficult for landline POTS users. Essentially forcing them to switch to digital service.

I don't know how they can't be aware. The saying landline at the voice prompt should help with the transferring around.

Well maybe I’ve just had bad luck, but I’ve requested landline at the prompt and I’m always transferred to a representative that doesn’t handle landline and transfers me to the Telecom center.

Have you asked them if there's a direct number? Others have posted direct numbers they say worked but when tried they didn't work.

Yes. Multiple posts claiming to have the direct number. I’ve even had AT&T representatives providing a “direct landline” number, which ended up being a general queue, for which I had to be transferred to the landline department. What a joke.

Unfortunately, the number that you provided does not connect to landline, even if you request landline. My experience is such that I'm always transferred to the"telecom" queue and wait on hold for a prolonged period of time, and either get disconnected or get transfered a second and sometimes a third time. Impossible to reach your landline POTS representatives. Why don't you just get a direct number? I have billing issues, specific to my landline which I'm trying to resolve.
