make payment does not work

Make payment or sign up for autopay does not work when you supply routing number and bank account number. the error is 
We couldn't process your payment info. Try entering your info again or try using another payment method. (MSPMTE300105)

Let's troubleshoot so that you can make your payment, Rudi_f.

 

If you're using the website, start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This will refresh the browser and help the website function properly. If you're using the myAT&T app, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

 

You can also try making a fast payment, which doesn't require that you sign in. If you're still getting the error message, please give us a call at 800-288-2020, as spoom2 suggested, so that we can help you make the payment.

THanks, I assume you mean phone support where I was transferred several times until after 2 hours I got to billing and they could not hear me and hung up.
