Landline voicemail not forwarding or showing up in sent folder - no change in settings
My business landline Uverse VOIP voicemail is no longer forwarding to email or showing up in my sent folder. There has been no change in my settings but it looks like this broke suddenly in mid-July. Can't find any solutions online.

Update: I just confirmed that none of my test messages are going to the voicemail box either -- so effectively voicemail is completely broken. Called customer support and reset fixed the audio/sent inbox part, but not the forwarding transcripts. Now on hold for over 1/2 hour...
UPDATE: After being on hold for hour and 10 minutes and speaking to two different reps that couldn't help me I got forwarded to an inbox that said "our office is now closed" with no direct line to call back to, so I have to do all this again on Monday. Good lord.

UPDATE #2 - now our phones can't call in or out // stuck in another wait queue for over 45 minutes where I keep getting a message every 5 minutes that I can go to this link for chat support but there is no chat support to be found there: https://www.att.com/support/ - this is very Kafka-eque at this point. ATT owes me like 3 hours of my life at this point.
