You can check here for our rates for international long distance rate informaiton without an international calling plan. For calls to the Netherlands, the rate is $3.50 per minute if you have a traditional landline phone service.
If you have our AT&T VoIP home phone service, then you can check here for international rates depending on which phone plan you have.
