employee trying to cancel LD only on pots line

who can I call? i called the concession  line and nothing , i keep getting people in Jamaica who cannot help me.this is after spending hours on hold.this is UNACCEPTABLE

Pretty bad when employees have to post on a public forum that they can't even find a way to deal with their own company. At any rate the long-distance arm of AT&T used to be 800-222-0300. I have no idea if this still holds true. You'd certainly think your company would supply reps with the information needed to direct people to the correct group without going through multiple transfers. Corporate American just doesn't care about true customer service anymore and not just AT&T.
