City of Koyukuk business landline phone use for AT&T calling card
I purchased an AT&T Prepaid wireless service card for $30 and would like to use it for calling out on land lines. I purchased this card with the idea that we can use it to call out of our Powerplant which has only a landline phone. How do I activate this card?

We understand the importance of using your power plant's landline, @Cityadmin23.
It sounds like you have a PREPAID wireless refill card, which is only used to either pay or refill the balance of a PREPAID account. This card can't be used with postpaid wireless service or landline phone service.
For landline service, you'd need a Virtual PrePaid Minutes card, which is different from the wireless PREPAID card. If this is the type of card you have, then you can use it by:

OK. I have no use for the $30 card that I purchased. Can I trade it in with you for the Virtual Prepaid card?

Thanks for following up with us, @Cityadmin23.
Your ability to return the wireless PREPAID card for a Virtual PrePaid Minutes card will depend on where you purchased the initial card from.
If you bought it from a physical store, either an AT&T location or third-party retailer, we recommend you go back to that location with your receipt, so you may discuss exchanging it with them.
If you bought it from the AT&T website, then we recommend using our store locator to find and visit a corporate location near you, so you may try returning it there. Make sure to filter by Company Owned Stores to find a corporate store.
Please let us know if this helps, and thanks for being a part of AT&T.
