Charged for an extra line for 12 years
I just found out through one of your customer service representatives that ATT has been charging me for an extra line since 2009. ATT Is saying they will give me 50.00 credit. I have been a customer for 35 years . That’s pretty sad to treat your customers that way .

60 days is all they will go back, you didn't notice the charge on your bill all that time? Did you ever have another line?

How much is an extra line? $30 a month?
$30 x 12 (months) x 12 (years) = $4,320. Seriously?
I live for the day when I have so much money, I don't miss $4320. Heck, I dream of the day I don't miss $30 a month.
