Cannot look at AT&T landline bill
I take care of my sister's AT&T bill payments. She's blind and a diabetic. She was set up with auto pay 2 years ago by her son.
I don't have access for her account, even though I'm her caretaker. My name is on her accounts
Her son set it up online with an email address that he doesn't use anymore.
I tried 2-3 times.
Is there any way to access her account?
I have also called customer service. They keep wanting to send a code to her telephone. She only has a landline. So it won't work.
Any suggestions?

Hello 2003retiree, we can address your concern with accessing your sister's account.
The best way to regain access to the online account is to have her son restore the email address he set it up under, so that you can sign in and update the information.
If he's not able to do that, we recommend calling our Landline team again to see if there's any other way they can help you sign in--perhaps by updating the email address on their end.
