What's the issue? Also what service do you have, digital or traditional landline?

Hi:
It's a traditional landline. Problem is the voicemail is not understandable --- garbled.
Spent all morning trying to reach a human because I couldn't find any solution online.

If you can hear clearly on the phone than the phone companies voicemail should also be clear. Unless you mean the phone systems answering machine.

Hi again...
Phone is as clear as a bell. However, the voicemail (not an answering machine) is not understandable. You can hear about every third/fourth word and nothing makes any sense. I'm just wanting to reset it somehow....if that's possible. And I'm getting so fed up with Customer Servfice and getting the run-around that I'm actually thinking of changing my phone, internet and cable service to another carrier. But that's not your problem. You have been very helpful and I appreciate it.

I would think it wouldn't be too hard to change your voicemail port. When customer service fails you file an FCC complaint, those go to the office of the president and usually get things resolved.
