Let's put a stop to those calls, @wjjtwo!

To be added to our Do Not Call list you can call us at 800.331.0500.

We will take the following steps to comply with your request:

  • Update our list within 30 days of your request.
  • Maintain your request for five years unless you ask to be removed from the list.
  • We and our representatives won't call you for sales promotions or other campaigns. We may still continue to contact you for non-telemarketing purposes such as customer service surveys, public interest notices, or other service matters.

Note: If your name or number changes, you'll need to provide us your new information so that we won't unknowingly call you.

Let us know if this helps!

I came to this community forum for this exact issue.  I am interrupted throughout my work day by calls from different numbers starting with, "This is a courtesy call from AT&T and Direct TV."  I've followed the response directive by calling 800.331.0500.  After going through more recorded messages wanting my PIN and digits of my SSN, I'm on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes.  I'm on the national do not call list.  Our time should not be wasted in this way, and we should not be interrupted regularly by robo calls.  Very unfortunate that our phone service provider engages in this type marketing.

I have now been on hold at 800.331.0500 for 25 minutes.  I'm hanging up.  AT&T - If you have a way to stop these intrusive calls for your customers, please advise!

You are not talking to AT&T, this is a customer populated forum. If you are an AT&T customer than being on the DNC list doesn't stop the calls.
